It is what we call in the trade, a “Punk”...Juan Cabana had the best and I own one, the “Queen of Aruba”—a far better construction than this one out of resin and what nots. The most sought after these days are Howard Tate’s creation. Howard lived in AZ and created his obviously fake creatures using toilet paper, horse hair, and what ever he could find. He would advertise his mer-creatures in the back of the showman trade magazines.
I have a few Higleys, which earned me great amounts of money over the years. It might be time to bring back the Single-O and earn some cash. Doug was a great guy and passed a couple of years back after moving to Georgia.
