Senate will send a resolution to the house. This is only a plan to start the process.
Trump will send his budget to Congress.
Congress will pass the new budget and send it to the senate for reconciliation.
Only 50 votes needed in senate to pass the reconciliation and send it to Trump.

Much to the chagrin of ‘inflationistas’ there won’t be massive inflation over the next 5 to 10 years.
However, talk of Zimbabwe and 1920’s Germany is always amusing to astute investors that understand the economic history of the United States.
Has Senator Paul put up a budget to discuss within the caucus? They bought Trump six months instead of one to create a new budget, with all the cuts included. And the democrats don’t have the votes to overturn it.
Be patient! It’s day 54 of a 1450 day administration.

Trump came out of the political grave in 2024 and won a historic election victory.
His detractors, like yourself, will continue into the political wilderness.
Massie and Paul are just reminding us all that this CR is not good. And I’m sure they realize that this new administration cannot propose and pass a real budget given the fact that Trump hasn’t even been in office 2 months.
April 15 is the next deadline. Will there be a real budget on the table then?
