It must have been the tandori chicken..
and they all smelled like curry
Oh no. I can just see this...
I left St. Louis Lambert Field on a TWA flight to San Francisco around 1980. Shortly after reaching cruising altitude, the first class cabin toilets overflowed. I was sitting just behind the bulkhead and the blue water came down the carpet into coach. God, it was awful.
We landed in Kansas City and had to wait hours for a new plane. We finally got out of KC around 5 am. I got zero compensation from TWA for that mess.
Guess no airport closer flying wise?🛫🛬
Been on many cross country trains with that problem.
Trains don't dump their tanks over rivers anymore?
Well, ain’t that some...
And BO, just like in the elevators there.
They had to be only an hour or two to London. That makes more sense than turning around.
Yuck! Never heard that. Just don’t flush in the station.
Should have kept going, everyone would be acclimated to India on arrival.
“there’s no place like home...”
That’s a lot of daal bhatt…
Indians have never really understood plumbing. Their civilization is over 5000 years old and yet they never invented the flush toilet. Pretty sad.
“have been provided with accommodation to minimize inconvenience”?!?
I remember riding on a train when I was a kid in the ‘60s and seeing that the toilet just had a little hatch at the bottom of the bowl so the waste would simply drop onto the tracks. No wonder you weren’t supposed to use the toilet when the train was stopped at a station.
Yup. The most disgusting country on the planet. Only 30% of homes have toilets. As for Indian food… what’s in the bowl looks like it just left a bowel.
Work it out with a pencil...
