The White House has denied reports that the Trump administration plans to revoke temporary legal status for 240,000 Ukrainians who fled Russia's war.
Reuters earlier reported, citing a senior Trump official and three sources familiar with the matter, that, the revocation is expected as soon as April and potentially puts them on a fast-track to deportation. The publication said the plans predate President Donald Trump's Oval Office spat with Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky.
However, Karoline Leavitt, the White House Press Secretary, wrote on X that "no decision has been made" on the revocation of legal status for Ukrainians in the U.S.
"This is more fake news from Reuters based on anonymous sources who have no idea what they are talking about," she wrote.

Frankly I knew it was fake news when I read it.
Trump was made to look like he was treating the Ukrainians as MS 13.
That said, “I think he will make it clear to those that came in that they do NOT have a clear path to citizenship and they need to make plans to return when a peace is agreed to.”
They MUST be stakeholders in rebuilding the Ukraine.
There should be no expectations of special treatment like their spoiled little boy expects who at present appears to be a lame duck getting lamer by the day.
The process to revoke status will begin after the Easter ceasefire is in effect.
I kinda figured the original report was propaganda. It’s good to see some people let into the country that will likely want to blend in with our culture.

I read that headline about 5 times before determining there was no way I was going to make any sense of it without some of the story. Now that I know what it is about. I still can’t make any real sense of the headline.

I agree, I’m not excited about letting in just anyone, but As far as India goes, at least they keep to themselves. Indians engage in online scams in droves but at least they don’t run around shooting people
