That probably would have been true a few years ago as the USAID work was starting to turn the younger generation in Russia into Leftist activists against their stoogy old-timers who kept claiming that the West was out to destroy them. Oh well, those efforts were negated by many of the statements by Western leaders regarding Russia, and of course with USAID going away.
So I don’t see that happening there. Now here in the US, of course, we’ve already got that and it’s called the Democrat Party.
I am alarmed at the number of young people who think that the rich get that way by exploiting the poor and that capitalism is evil and the US is a horrible place.
