self-checkout is a stupid idea anywayI love self-checkout, especially when I only have a few items to buy.
Women like this one are ruining it for everyone.

self-checkout is a stupid idea anyway Only works in a high-trust society, and we are most definitely moving away from that.

Yep.. they seldom if ever work right, get things wrong, you have to remove and re-scan, bagging area doesn’t register weight, flashing blinking green light for help.
Worse than a DMV experience.

WalMart is limiting self checkout in Memphrica.
Also at Target you can buy only 10 items.
If you go to the suburbs like Bartlett you don’t have this problem.

We should get a discount for scanning our own stuff.

After all the time I used to waste standing in line at Walmart with two items, self-checkout was a dream. Used to be you couldn’t just get in and out of Walmart for a quick item. Now you can.
Mine also just got a self-serve propane cage which is another game-changer.

I’m sure many agree with you but I NEVER go through the “belt” check-out process and will not shop in any store that requires it. I don’t have the patience nor the time to be screwing around with some half-literate cashier.
