Hello fellow Freepers. This is the "๐๐จ๐ฉ-๐๐ฉ ๐๐ฎ๐๐ ๐๐ฌยฉ - #JudgeWatch Permanent Thread". It will differ from a standard ping list. Ping lists, when a new article is posted that is in the ping list's interest, you'd be pinged to the article.
This is different. It will serve as a one-stop shop to identify reckless and out-of-control members of the judiciary. You will also find links to articles about their overreaching actions.
The first Judge that really caught my eye was Judge Paul Engelmayer, who ruled that no member of DOGE -- or even the Secretary of the Treasury, Scott Bessent, may access the records OF HIS OWN DEPARTMENT or EVEN ENTER ANY TREASURY BUILDING. To my mind, this would be a lot like banning Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth from all military records, bases and facilities.
He also ruled that any records possessed by a cleared- and vetted DOGE team must be destroyed -- IN DIRECT CONFLICT WITH THE LAW PERTAINING TO GOVERMENT RECORDS.
So, come on the thread, add links to any articles about existing or emerging ๐๐จ๐ฉ-๐๐ฉ ๐๐ฎ๐๐ ๐๐ฌยฉ and any analysis on why their actions are overreaching, unconstitutional, and illegal.
Freeper kiryandil was kind enough to assemble some information below on six of the ๐๐จ๐ฉ-๐๐ฉ ๐๐ฎ๐๐ ๐๐ฌยฉ. It is provided below. I make no representation to its accuracy, but I suspect it is on-point.

Pinging some friends.
You’ve been credited for your hard work.
Why not Doxx these judges?
pinging some friends
No. No doxing. Not on Free Republic. What you do on your own time is your business, of course. Just don’t bring it here please.
I feel like this is weakening the momentum, making our side look bad. I ain’t clutching my pearls over it, because I know Trump got something up his sleave. Whatever it is, I hope he hits the button on it soon.
Good work. Appreciate it. Now i know exactly who to detest. I’m sure there will be more.
I don't see how. All this thread is for is to collect Free Republic threads where the Popup Judges ruled in an obstructionist manner, and identify them with background and court information.
Not exactly bad behavior, there.
and a regular Statement and Account of the Receipts and Expenditures of all public Money shall be published from time to time.
Thank you, and thank kiryandil as well.
There's already a seventh. I'll get to that one later today.
Excellent tidbit, there!
How many millions of dollars are these court cases going to cost us?
Thanks for the post..
Excellent thread, yeoman work. Thank you!
Can I assume the proper case of judicial overreach will be appealed and pushed to the Supreme Court?
LAZ, Outstanding effort.
PLEASE keep this list up and in the OPEN.
Question, since you are at Pop-Up Judge #6, should we start a pool to see what the final number will be?
I claim the list gets to 15 before Roberts finds his NADS and shuts this insane Lawfare down.

I’m confident Pres. Trump has a plan. Remember that he has one of the biggest law firms in the world. I think he will go full court press on all of the cases. Possibly accelerate bringing the question to SCOTUS.
