Her relatives, notably her brother (a commercial pilot, I think), in the ‘60s and ‘70s explained that the family was European, but was bullied or paid off to shut up. Not sure why her actual background wasn’t acknowledged until a couple years ago.
Yeah, she threatened at least one male relative with false claims of sexual abuse if he told the truth about her. No sympathy, don’t care of she’s old - that just means she got away with it for too long
Yes this masquerade has been publicly known for years. Just Canada is only now catching on I guess. Remember Sasheen Littlefeather, who went to the Oscars in place of Marlon Brando to make a speech about how badly Indians are treated? She was a fake Hollywood Indian too.
