I hope all these foreign aid programs get scrutinized and if found lacking get shuttered, if the freakin Congo wants drag queen story hour, let the Congo fund it...not us, we have our own issue to work out.
My view is these foreign third world countries did not want most of the AID leftist insanity—but their leaders liked the kickbacks.
