This NEVER ends well!!
Costly, yes.
The USA ripped off by contractors? Yes.
Will it be direct graft like the monsters bush and cheney? NO. Trump is an honest and good man.
But he can’t control everything.
This may be a BAD idea.
But with Trump, he’s got a way of doing the impossible...so I will wait and see.
Not that I have any real say anyway besides voting :)

If "take over" means they will come in, raze the rubble, dismantle the tunnels, regrade the land, rebuild the area to modern standards, and then turn the region over to the former residents, why not?
