Hey, you're onto something. Maybe Denmark would accept California in exchange for Greenland.

But on the other hand, if the USA acquire's Greenland, maybe including Denmark also will be part of the deal. Do you suppose that's what the Danes have up their sleeve? No. Deal breaker. We'd better just keep California and figure out how to get Greenland without having to get Denmark too (and how to return California to sanity--an even more formidable task).
