Prob a payout to Newsome whose state is sinking. There was one Billion Dollar + lottery where the drawingwas delayed and then it was, of course, a resident of CA who won. CA gets all those taxes and if the winner is anonymous, I am betting there is no actual person winning it. Just moving the money.

I wouldn’t be surprised if no one wins and it’s all a scam. But,if it’s legit, the article says the winner is a mystery. It ought to be law that the winner cannot be revealed unless he or she voluntarily reveals his or herself. No good can come to the winner from that being public knowledge.
