I’ve been thinking about getting a Teeter fit step. Maybe I should stop thinking and do it.
I very highly recommend a HIIT program - High Intensity Interval Training. Just search for HIIT to get more info.
It is considered THE most effective aerobic conditioning program - alternating high intensity heart beats with normal heart beats...and the heart is THE most important muscle in the body.
A good heart monitor is needed and I use this Fitcent model with re-chargeable battery - accurate to 1 beat per minute.

I bought this 2 months ago on sale for a total delivered price of $268.
Solidly built. The bar and arms fold away. It has front wheels to roll where you want it. I added a pair of 6” long wristbands to each of the arms to make them softer. I flip the treadmill on it’s side when not in use and lean against a bookcase it is next to so it takes up less room.
I go no more then 2.5mph. Any faster and you start hitting the back edge of the treadmill unless you walk faster faster faster!
Also great for hanging clothes on...
