Looks like a proximity-fused missile shrapnel hit. Whomever was sitting on the other side of the fuselage, got shredded.
And why is the aircraft not broken up and blackened by the fireball from the crash?
Not a bird strike. Probably a Russian S-300 or S-400 based on location.
