I don’t know if one can be worth hundreds of billions and still be needy even in personality. He’s an oddball for sure. Quirky. I think him buying a place now might be his first in that regard. He was said to not even have an actual home. Slept at friends places mostly or I assume hotels.
Just because one is rich does not mean that they aren’t lonely. People with Aspergers are rejected by normals all the time, so when they find somebody that seems to like them the tendency is to be like that neighbour who is always showing unexpected and all the time.
