Ryan Day is still searching for a second win against Michigan.
The Wolverines stunned No. 2 Ohio State 13-10 on Saturday to deal a crushing blow to the Buckeyes’ Big Ten title chances and hopes of a first-round bye in the College Football Playoff.
Dominic Zvada kicked a 21-yard field goal with 45 seconds to go to give the Wolverines the lead for good. Ohio State had a chance to tie or take the lead with no timeouts but failed to get a first down.

When Penn State beats Maryland they will be going to the B1G Championship game to face Oregon.
When the righteous rule, the people rejoice.
THE Ohio State University shot itself in the foot with 2 interceptions, 2 makeable missed FGs, and a 12 man on the field penalty after a time out.
Old bumper sticker in Ann Arbor:
Happiness Is
Crushing Buckeye Nuts.
The biggest issue with OSU is they don’t have a quality QB, they have NFL talent all over the place, except at QB, they should have used some of the NIL money to get a better QB.
Same goes for Michigan, neither team had a quality QB, mediocre at best.
Now their coach is in the hottest of hot seats after all the money was spent and they still lost to an average Michigan team, they will still likely make the playoffs and could redeem themselves, they are vulnerable to any team with a really good QB.
Note to NCAAF: You surely can pick them.
Maybe they should try enacting DEI
D!ck move on planting the Michigan flag on the field. The Georgia tech and Georgia players conducted themselves more professionally.
Or remembering what Vince Lombardi once coached and act like they’ve been there before.
I’ve been saying this ever since Day lost the first Game 4 years ago. #FireDay!!!
Penn State
“Fight on State”
Fight on State, Fight on State,
Strike your gait and win,
Victory we predict for thee,
We’re ever true to you, dear old White and Blue.
Onward State, Onward State
Roar Lions roar,
We’ll hit that line, roll up the score,
Fight on to victory evermore,
Fight on, on
On, on, on!
Fight on, on,
Penn State!
Will they? They are out of the Big 10 championship game, and with two losses they are in jeopardy of missing the playoff altogether.
**THE Ohio State University, with 2 losses, is going to the playoff but this still hurts considering Ryan Day compared losing to Michigan to his father dying.**
If he really said that,... wow! Such an indicator of how WAAAAAYY over emphasized sports is in the world.
Ryan Day was NEVER head coach material, has been a disaster.
As to Michigan, they had no chance to get a good portal QB. All the good ones were taken by the time the new head coach was given the job.
Amazing win by a gritty, banged up Michigan team. Great execution on a great game plan.
21 million up in smoke. tOSU burned through that money like they were the Harris campaign.
At the rate we’re going, state legislatures are going to start appropriating money to fund NIL slush funds. Ohio, Michigan, Georgia and Alabama will lead the way.
This will eventually bankrupt every state in SEC territory and half the states in the Big Ten.
He sucks. The play calling was horrible.
Get over yourself. The D*ck move was picking fights after they lost. That’s on them, not on the flag plant. tOSU has done far worse things at MIchigan stadium when they win.
it’s unsportsmanlike no matter who does it.
