Jack Smith files motion to dismiss Jan. 6 case against Donald Trump before his inauguration

Special counsel Jack Smith on Monday moved to dismiss the charges against President-elect Donald Trump related to his alleged 2020 election subversion efforts.

Smith’s team also filed a motion to end its appeal of a Florida judge’s decision nixing its classified document case against Trump — once considered one of the strongest in a slew of legal indictments against the Republican.

Jack Smith is done and will disappear along with his bogus charges. Fani Willis is also done, she just doesn't know it yet.

Pam Bondi has both Smith and Willis in her Target Folder. She will investigate Federal charges against these two monomaniacal anti-Trumpers and remove them from the game board permanently.

And reddit is melting down like wax in a volcano. It's amazing the way they carry on. To them, Jan 6 was worse than 9/11 and Titanic combined. I have no idea why. It seemed very tame to me, compared to the Summer of George (Floyd).
