- Republican poll-watcher planning raises prospects of noncitizen voting
- North Carolina election officials air concerns about potential voter and poll worker intimidation
- Voting rights advocates say effort is aimed at creating doubt in the event of a Kamala Harris victory
SANFORD, North Carolina, Oct 24 (Reuters) - "Be aggressive," Jim Womack, a local Republican Party chair in North Carolina, told the grid of faces who joined the Zoom training session for volunteers to monitor voting on Nov. 5. "The more assertive and aggressive you are in watching and reporting, the better the quality of the election."
During the two-hour session, conducted from a Republican Party office featuring a placard of an AR-15 rifle and photos of Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump, Womack, 69, an army veteran and a retired information systems engineer, instructed 40 volunteers on how to spot "nefarious activity." He mentioned a local clergyman who accompanied dozens of Latino parishioners to a voting site "like a shepherd leading a sheep."
Voter fraud is exceedingly rare in the United States - despite Trump's false claim, supported by a majority of Republicans in Congress, that the 2020 election was stolen.
U.S. election security officials have said the 2020 election was “the most secure in American history.” A months-long analysis by the Associated Press found
fewer than 475 cases of potential voter fraud in the six battleground states challenged by Trump.

I recall lefty civilian 'activists' with weapons patrolling in front of a voting station and yet, no lefties complaining about 'intimidation'.

What complete and transparent drivel. How can we make these people go away? If Musk wants to spend his money for something good he should buy up media outlets and shut them down.

“Associated Press found fewer than 475 cases of potential voter fraud in the six battleground states”
By my math that’s an average of 80 cases per state - that AP “found.” Extrapolate that to fifty states and the AP would potentially “find” about 4,000 cases. Then factor in the cases that the AP didn’t “find” and something around 46,000,000 million cases of fraud.
Not sure who the arbitrator of what is and isn’t an acceptable number of cases of fraud, but, thinking for myself, 475 cases by themselves seems like enough to question the validity of an election . . .

When there was a complaint that only 85 watcher were Republican while thousands were Dims, AP didn’t say anything. This is what they call journalism these days

Have they EVER been worried by Dem poll watchers?
To: MCSETots
The movie ‘2000 mules’ showed VIDEO and CELL PHONE TRACKING DATA of 2000 people who stuffed multiple ballots into drop boxes.
And they only counted people who went at least 25 times.
This is a RICO operation involving treason.
They need to be reminded that only the first whistle blowers get the best deals.

Yeah, the AP only counts the cases where the same person visited more than a thousand ballot boxes . . .
