Interesting observation. In fact, during one of the first local reports of the slimy mayor’s comment, they showed the “cages” that obama built and filled with undesirables. (They haven’t used that foot age again, by the way.)
Donna’s prior history was she was a “news reader” on the local TV news. She left to run her sponsored annual foot race for breast cancer. Parlayed that into an unsuccessful (thankfully) run for Congress and then the run for Jax Mayor, winning over a dysfunctional group. My sense is she is bidding her time to run for higher office.
