Fire them.

Heck charge them with assault.
What a hideous thing to do. Unspeakable.

Looks like a nice pile of disaster aid you’ve accumulated there. Be a shame if something happened to it.

I first heard it was a twin-rotor cargo Chinook - not a single rotor, much smaller Blackhawk.

After the items were blown away, “The crew immediately identified the situation, aborted the landing for safety reasons, and departed the area.” Baloney. That entire situation was unsafe and unprofessional. At best. I wouldn't be surprised if deliberate malice was involved.

Some people don’t know their hindquarters from a hole in the ground. Video clearly shows a Black Hawk.

Someone had the presence of mind to video it.

Indeed ... and that may have helped identify the irresponsible crew.

There were two separate events one was a Chinook and the other was an unmarked Blackhawk. The Blackhawk incident at a Cajun Navy supply station looked intentional. The Chinook incident didn’t have enough video detail to really determine, but 3 people were sent to the hospital.

The Chinook one was clearly out in a field somewhere - the UH 60 at the big parking lot is the one that’s most prevalent on the media today
