I don’t legally if this is possible, regardless of the outcome of the election what happens if Biden issues a blanket pardon for everyone who has entered the US illegally, making it impossible for a Trump Administration to deport them.
Kamala could deflect any damage caused by the pardon because it was Biden who issued it, then argument would be, if the people are now here legally, why not make them citizens.
Biden along with issuing pardons for all the illegals will issue a pardon for Hunter Biden, with his political career over, he can ride off into the sunset having destroyed the country and be proud of his accomplishments even though he can’t remember what he did.
The numbers are significantly higher than those listed. Hell, I see more illegals than list in those states in one tiny area in Texas. I would guess that a large portion of Mexico is emptied out now.
Ditto that here in North Alabama...Huntsville and surrounding cities. Decatur. Hartselle. That’s my home. Go to the Walmart in Decatur...man it’s like Mexico. No exaggeration. Go to any laundromat and the only white person there is the one working the counter...and me washing my clothes. I have become a racial minority in the deep south USA. And it’s really sad.

Yep. My state is turning into greater Mexico. Really sad, because when huge numbers come in, assimilation doesn’t occur. They aren’t learning English and they aren’t obeying our laws and customs. That means that the same culture that causes poverty and horrific violence in Mexico, is here, now.
And the SCOTUS would burn that to the ground so quickly.
Pardoning someone who is not even an American citizen??

To pardon them would be admitting that they committed crimes, each and every one of them.
It would be shot down in courts and then Trump could say “look, even the idiot knows what theyre doing is illegal”
The reason I disagree but I’m not 100% sure about this, I can’t find a single case in US History where a Presidential Pardon has been overturned by the Supreme Court.
Pardons by their very nature are for people who have done something illegal it the eyes of the courts.
A President can even pardon someone who has even been charged with a crime at the time of the pardon, Gerald Ford pardoning Richard Nixon is an example of that.
IMO, if Biden pardoned all illegal aliens as he went out the door, there would be nothing the Supreme Court could or would do to overturn it.
I hope I’m wrong, but given that Biden is demented and the Democrats hating this country, I could easily see this being done.
Their illegal entry implies they are present in the country, I think the two things are equal.
It’s like saying someone who breaks into your house and is caught inside is only guilty of the break in and not being in your house illegally.
Let’s say you’re right, what would prevent Biden from pardoning illegal aliens of both crimes, illegally entering and being present inside the country.
This is a doomsday scenario, I hope it doesn’t happen, researching this during this discussion, Obama was urged to do exactly what I’m thinking Biden will do.
IMO, it would be the most radical thing any POTUS has ever done in issuing pardons.
It may not happen, but Biden will be urged to issue the pardons.

A further warning: Even if Trump wins, it will just postpone the inevitable, as when a liberal does win again, in come the illegals and the nation becomes a socialistic hellhole- th3 left are just biden their time. They have waged a hostile takeover on the nation

If according to Democrats illegals aren’t criminals, then there is no reason to pardon them.
Perhaps, one of Trump’s campaign promises is mass deportations of illegals, if they are all of a sudden pardoned, there is no legal justification to deport them unless they commit additional crimes once they are living in the country.
Reading about this concept, Obama was urged to pardon all illegal aliens before he left office and declined, Biden has let in millions more, he will be put under pressure to issue and blanket pardon, I think he’s likely to do that around Jan 20, 2025.
If Trump doesn’t deport every last one, there will be no end of them.
Elon, the masses are so stupid, they don’t understand words have meaning. These ILLEGAL ALIENS” are not mere “migrants.” They are FELONS who are here ILLEGALLY. Even the gutless Stupid Party (Republican) doesn’t get it. Everyone is afraid of the truth. Some might say we deserve to get what’s happening.

Gerald Ford pardoned Richard Nixon for his actions in Watergate even though he was never charged with a crime.
The precedent is there, plus we know anyone who has crossed the border in the last 4 years is illegal and could be charged with a crime.
