Not only is the spleen looking different, on the other side of the body, but the very veins and arteries, the ones the surgeon has to cut and ligate, are shaped different, layed out different, and originate and end in different parts of the respective organs. he amputated a lobe of the liver, presumably the left lobe, being closest to the spleen, but the vessels he had to cut were layed out different than the ones that serve the spleen. he had to go out of his way, literally, to cut the wrong parts out.
it would be like your mechanic going for your water pump and holding up your starter as proof of his workmanship.
I didn’t know any of that.
Something is missing...and like someone said, there’s a surgical TEAM...no one noticed?
He had to be high or something more sinister is behind it.
But even crack wouldnt cause him to make this mistake!
