Freedom of Speech/Thought/Press/Expression and Blasphemy Laws are mutually exclusive. They are like matter and anti-matter. They cannot exist in the same space without one utterly annihilating the other.
If you have Blasphemy Laws to specifically protect ONE particular religion, then that particular religion has become the de facto State Religion.
Book it, DONE.
