I take a dose of olive oil with a high polyphenol content of 1799...very ‘peppery’ taste. I will occasionally add a dose of ‘regular’ olive oil with a lower polyphenol content to my coffee, but my ‘go to’ for coffee is generally MCT oil and ghee (bulletproof).

Just read several articles stating how olive oil is potential protection against dementia. Plus, so many other benefits.
