Last time price controls were tried was during the Nixon Administration. I remember how "well" that worked out. It didn't. It resulted in shortages, higher inflation, STICKFLATION (prices never dropped) and worse.
Kamala Harris will DESTROY the USA with such a stupid policy.
And that's her intent.

to determine or control the price of anything in the USA?
