Ukraine's navy and military intelligence have attacked and damaged a former offshore gas platform used by Russian forces in the Black Sea, the navy spokesman said Saturday.
"The occupiers used this location for GPS spoofing to make civilian navigation dangerous. We cannot allow this to happen," Dmytro Pletenchuk said on Facebook.
He posted a video taken at night showing an explosion on an offshore platform and the ensuing fire. He said that a half a day before the attack, Russian forces had stationed equipment and military personnel on the platform.
"There were no civilians there. The platform was not performing its normal functions," Pletenchuk said.

No Polish soldiers in Ukraine
If Ukraine keeps trying HARD, they will successfully drag the entire world into another conflict.
However , given the circumstances, it is very possible that Ukraine is using foreign mercenary troops. If their objective actually is the Russian nuclear power plant this could be a real problem. The Ukraine seems to be trying to widen the war and draw NATO into directly into the fight and this is one way to accomplish this.

The posted tweet says that the attack is being led by NATO. That’s not the same as claiming mercenary troops. I don’t buy that NATO is directly involved in military action as the Russian said. Mercenaries? Who knows?

Its been fairly obvious for some time, that Zelensky's only hope is to get the US into a shooting war with Russia. And it's been equally obvious since the assassination attempt failed (by a fraction of an inch), that the D@mocrats only likely path to victory in November is to get the US into a shooting war.
Wonder if one of the retired NATO boys will tell us what the contingency plans were, if the Warsaw Pact pushed conventional forces across the border, and NATO couldn't stop them? And maybe offer an opinion, as to whether anyone else might have similar contingency plans?
NATO has been heavily involved with the Ukraine war since the start.
Polish ex NATO “mercenaries” led by NATO “advisors” is a likely scenario.
If media reports are accurate, these mercenaries are probably a high percentage of foreign special forces.
