When you start out with a lie that big, everything else he has to say can be dismissed as either a complete fabrication, or the delusional rantings of a lunatic.
I have not seen any sources cited for that. Notice how the article brings up a Russian bogey man. They may have been born as female but testing showed enough Y chromosome present that they have enough male characteristics where putting them in the female class was a very unfair advantage (also a dangerous one) to those boxers who did not test with the presence of a Y chromosome.
