BS. No way he did not know. Boycott Olympics. Sorry athletes you will have to demand better and that the ceremony behind it is sports related only or YOU will stay home.
The whole thing over there is cheesy and nasty except....for the elites who attend the bread and circus from the peanut gallery who get all the special treatment France can offer.
