if they were not already endangered nothing we could do would have made them extinct. Case in point, fire ants, mosquitoes, a cockroaches.

Garlic made them taste better so eating them became more popular. It’s all because of garlic.

"More and more research shows that this species – and at least 46 other species of megaherbivores – were driven to extinction by humans." Smells like mammoth sh!t.
Weird how the Clovis culture seems to have disappeared with all these extinct species.

The big animals became woke environmentalists and then started slaughtering each other to “save the planet” and “fight hegemony”.
Lol.

"Well, they starved to death after they hunted all the animals to extinction............................." They were too dang stupid to re-tool for standard-issue bison and deer and suchlike. Once you get a taste for glyptodont you can't go for something else.

human hunting, rather than climate change, was the primary factor in the extinction of large mammalsWhen you have a tribe to feed, hunting a mammoth is a better choice than rabbits.

Decades ago the PBS broadcast on NOVA said the same thing. It was over hunting that did it. It was far easier to kill the young ones for food than the older ones.

Researchers at Aarhus University have concluded that human hunting, rather than climate change, was the primary factor in the extinction of large mammals over the past 50,000 years. This finding is based on a review of over 300 scientific articles. This principal was first articulated by Dr. Charles Kay at Utah State over 20 years ago. But then, he was into big game hunting in Africa. Gut stick an elephant and it's dead from peritonitis in three days. Follow and feast.

It's known as the Younger Dryas period of time that lasted from 12,900 to 11,600 years ago. This is also the time that the mythical Atlantis was destroyed and disappeared into the ocean and most likely the period of time mentioned in the Biblical story of Noah and the Ark.
The graph below gives you an idea of the temperature drop of the Earth when it occurred.

So, humans are destroying the planet, and climate change is destroying the humans. Sounds like climate change is saving the planet from the humans!
