I agree 100%. The reason no politician (except Trump) goes after china is because most of them are owned by China and don’t dare go against them.

The US isn’t Russia’s enemy because we lack enemies we are enemies because our systems are diametrically opposed to one another, constitutional republic vs. totalitarian expansionist.
The US after the fall of the Soviet Union did engage the fledgling Russian Federation, through economic and humanitarian aid. For example 250 million was sent to Russia to feed poor Russians and the deputy Mayor of St. Petersburg was put in charge. He siphoned off 95 percent of that aid and enriched himself. His name was Vladimir Putin.
