The age old EU saying is proven correct once again. A leopard can’t change its spots, there is a reason so many democrats ( and republicans) were doing business in Ukraine….10 percent? 20 percent? ignorance is no excuse.
Ukraine has long been known to be the MOST corrupted in Europe- just one reason they were never admitted to the EU or NATO….we will not even touch on how many IMF and EU loans they have defaulted on…..
