I think you may have misunderstood part of erkelly’s post. Read it again. She said that the left may be more attractive to women because the left does not hold women exclusively responsible for the world’s ills, implying that it’s some of the conservative men who do that. I believe she has a point on this. I have seen many posts on this website from conservative men who say women should never have gotten the right to vote because so many of them vote for democrats. It’s attitudes like this that make them look sexist (which they possibly are.) Instead of grumbling about how women vote the wrong way, maybe they should spend some time trying to persuade them why republican ideas are better. But that requires work and patience which may be too much trouble for them.

MARRIED women vote much like men. It is single women who vote overwhelmingly for Democrats, using “Mr. Government” as their husband and provider. I don’t see how conservatives overcome that because single women WANT MR GOVERNMENT TO PROVIDE FOR THEIR NEEDS.
