I don't believe the Russian warships are 'threatening' Florida. At most, Biden will try to use their presence to justify preemptive strikes on Russia.

Despite it's awkward title, Alexander Mercouris' remarks in the thread I'm linking below gives an insightful overview of the real situation in the Ukraine, and it's part of why I believe that 10 yr agreement is worthless optics.
