Conditioning society to believe wearing a mask in public for no apparent reason and is completely acceptable is probably the greatest thing to happen for criminals since the Saturday night special.
IMO there’s only 2 reasons to be wearing one.....your up to no good or you want to hide your identity because you have been, are or are going to be up to no good.
Or, a sanctimonious Democrat who still feels that party solidarity requires one to keep on wearing the mask

I use to work for Fedex during the holiday seasons in NY for extra money, and these freakin’ dickweeds use to follow me around and I would call the cops and they would disappear, and then an hour later they’d be back. The best thing to do if you aren’t going to be home is ask to leave it with a neighbor or allow the driver to leave in in a garage or shed especially now since the Biden domestic enemy regime seized power and with it all these Soros prosecutors that have legalized crime.
Arm the driver so he can shoot the tbief.
Maybe drones are the answer to this after all......dropping it in the backyard might help.

I haven't ordered anything expensive online for quite awhile, but if my memory serves me correctly expensive stuff had to be signed for or picked up at the carrier facility. Once you get a tracking number, there are options to change delivery instructions on the fly. Every once in awhile I'll order something online. I don't even get a knock on the door when the package is delivered...

About 40 years ago, it because legal to use deadly force in North Carolina to stop car thieves from car jacking people. In Fayetteville NC there were 3-4 cars jacked every week. The first day the law went into effect, three car jackers stopped a car downtown about three blocks form the law enforcement center. One in front of the car in the intersection, one to right passenger side, and one approached the driver with a gun. The driver shot and killed the man with the gun, run over the guy in the intersection, and police eventually got the third. Car jackings ended, none, zip nada, in the forty years since.
A permanent solution is the best best solution. It serves to deture the lawless.
Until those who are brekaing the laws lose their freedom or their lives, they will continue to freely enrich themselves at the expense of society.
