No office space. Good idea.

The older I get the less impressed I am about skyscrapers. They're almost like a "Tower of Babel" thing.
I've been to the CN Tower. At least that was intended to have some useful function.

Luxury hotel in OK City? For what?
Economically a failure on day one.

This has got to be a joke. But if it’s not, they need to get the same construction firm that built that North Korean hotel that looks like a real skinny pyramid. It’s still yet to open.

This is a rather stupid pipe dream of an idea. Why would OK city need such a waste of a tower?

It’s not feasible. The smaller apartment towers and part of the same development aren’t either. Just another scam to fleece taxpayers…
“ Cooper, joined by Councilwoman JoBeth Hamon, previously voted against $200 million in tax increment financing approved by the city council in August, 2023. The assistance will be structured similar to a rebate in which money is only paid once the development of the first two apartment towers and garages are completed.”

In tornado alley?
Hopefully a Moore creek or El Reno type tornado never pays it a visit.

Sounds a lot like the huge amusement part rumored for Vinita on I-44. Just another dumb idea or scam.

Anybody know if there’s bedrock there to support the weight? The Geo map indicates a lot of clays and sand.
