It doesn't explicitly say they are identical twins, but I am assuming they are, so the DNA wouldn't help. He's already back in Guinea-Bissau, so I don't know if they have access to his DNA anymore. Identical twins do have different fingerprints.

But it's in the team's interest to make this go away, since they could be severally penalized, since they couldn't prove they weren't in on it. [Although, it wouldn't make much sense, since they were paying for the better brother.]
