I would suspect that many independents are feeling the same way. We have no choice at this point but to vote for Trump.
Assuming that our votes will still count in November. Perhaps, the outcome is already decided for us. We'll find out in six months.
Independents do have other choices. They can write in somebody as a protest vote, as one of my sister brags about doing in 2016. They can just not vote.
But I respect those who realize that we are not at the point in this country where we have the luxury of voting for the nicest personality. I was so proud of one of the gals at Trump’s Bronx rally, who said she dislikes Trump, his words make her angry, but we can either have WWIII under Biden or have Trump make America great again. I was so proud that she recognized what the choices are.
As Frodo said to Gandalf in “The Lord of the Rings”: “I wish none of this had happened. I wish the ring had never come to me.”
Gandalf replied, “So do all who come to such times. But that is not ours to decide. We have only to decide what to do with the time that is given us.”
I wish we lived in a time when politics was about making policy. But unfortunately we live in a time when “politics” is really about lawless thugs doing whatever they want with no checks or balances. I’m thankful that you seem to recognize where this country is at, and I hope and pray that you will take the effort to vote even when it seems distasteful to you.
I registered to vote by mail yesterday. I'll be voting for Trump.
I could've registered to vote in Florida where I maintain state residency. Trump doesn't need my vote in Florida. He'll win that state handidly.
I could've registered to vote in California, where I am currently domiciled. It would've been a wasted vote. Trump will not win California.
So I registered to vote in Virginia, where I currently own a home. Biden has been forced by polling to open a campaign office in Virginia, a state a Republican hasn't won in twenty years.
I'd love to help flip Virginia.
You don’t have to like him, just vote for him.
We need to throw a spanner into the works, and Trump is that spanner.
It is not a Trump cult you buffoon. Every Trump supporter I know want’s Trumps POLICIES. They only trust Trump to deliver those policies. When will they start zotting losers again?
Maybe you can loosen up your sphincter now and realize that there is no “Trump Cult.”
Supporting a man who wants to end gov. corruption and put America, meaning its people, first is in no way cultish behavior.
It’s what happens on November 6 that we need to worry about.
