I have been wondering how Trump could run (unconstitutionally) for President in 2024 if he has really been the President all along instead of Biden. The theory that he is currently President AND is running again has always bothered me because I believe the Patriots are doing everything legally and even with some sort of loophole, I see no way that this could be constitutional.

I have no clue... Kash Patel said many months ago, I think in answer to what can be done about the stolen election, that there was no remedy in the Constitution. To me that meant “the military is the only way.” But he wasn’t referring to the 2024 election specifically.
I've posted more times than I can count that there IS a Constitutional way -- i.e., repealing the 22nd Amendment. Repeal of a Constitutional Amendment HAS BEEN DONE. It can be done again. But I'm totally ignored, every single time. Not sure if people can't understand the concept, or if they just don't WANT to understand it. I'm done.
On Jan 6 & 7, 2021, Congress certified that Joseph R Biden had won the recent election and that confirmed that He (JRBj) would be the next POTUS.
Indeed, on January 20, a man professing to be Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr. took the oath of office.
Biden IS currently (and Constitutionally) President.
These are certainties.
Speculation revolves around whether (1) it was JRBj that took the oath or a was it a stand-in and (2) whether he is or is not the current C-in-C.
We may never know
But I believe:
that JRBj was fully incapacitated or even \dead\ on January 20 and that a stand-in took the oath.
That the C-in-C authority was vested in a civilian panel on or about January 11 where it has resided ever since. The football is in Colorado.
