There is a LOT to learn from that.
I believe this has to do with the insurrection act Trump signed. And the insurrection was by congress rejecting the alternate slates of electors presented to Pence. I believe that was the real insurrection, complete with the fencing off of Congress. I believe the military has been the authority since then. Either way we will find out soon.
