AstraZeneca has admitted for the first time in court documents that its Covid vaccine can cause a rare side effect, in an apparent about-turn that could pave the way for a multi-million pound legal payout.
The pharmaceutical giant is being sued in a class action over claims that its vaccine, developed with the University of Oxford, caused death and serious injury in dozens of cases.
Lawyers argue the vaccine produced a side-effect which has had a devastating effect on a small number of families.
The first case was lodged last year by Jamie Scott, a father of two, who was left with a permanent brain injury after developing a blood clot and a bleed on the brain that has prevented him from working after he received the vaccine in April 2021. The hospital called his wife three times to tell her that her husband was going to die.
AstraZeneca is contesting the claims but has accepted, in a legal document submitted to the High Court in February, that its Covid vaccine “can, in very rare cases, cause TTS”.
TTS – which stands for Thrombosis with Thrombocytopenia Syndrome – causes people to have blood clots and a low blood platelet count.
Fifty-one cases have been lodged in the High Court, with victims and grieving relatives seeking damages estimated to be worth up to £100 million.
AstraZeneca’s admission – made in a legal defence to Mr Scott’s High Court claim – follows intense legal wrangling. It could lead to payouts if the drug firm accepts that the vaccine was the cause of serious illness and death in specific legal cases. The Government has pledged to underwrite AstraZeneca’s legal bills `

Oh no. The vaccine also causes global warming.
yeah, suddenly and the dreaded unexpectedly...
What ever happened with J&J’s vaccine. They just sort of disappeared. Did they smarten up?
Clot shot.
Can cause a rare side effect.
What kind of a statement is that
A legal statement.
They trumped up a health risk and forced it off the market because it was a real vaccine and keeping folks from using the mRNAs. Remember, first step is "they" contaminated the first batches to keep it off the market as long as they could.
The excuse the feds gave was that J&J caused clotting, when, of course, it was the Frankenshots that were causing the clotting but allowed to remain on the market.

The Ecological Footprint of COVID-19 mRNA Vaccines: Estimating Greenhouse Gas Emissions in Germany
An entire floor of patients were being managed in a study at University of Pennsylvania hospital. Each patient had same profile, symptoms, treatments, and doctor brought in from John's Hopkins to manage them. Four months in the hospital on and off. Six weeks in the ICU set up just for the treatment of all of them in concert. They all got bone marrow transplants from strange donors that to me didn't seem like matches, but what do I know?
Red blood cell and platelet transfusions about every two days. The idea was to kill off all the cells making red blood cells and hope the transplant marrow would take over time. It did not.
The whole thing was creepy insane, and very obvious that something was going very badly in all the same group.
At first sign of symptoms it was within a week after the Covid shot. For a while they would just give them transfusions to get their oxygen levels up. Then next booster shot, right back on the floor unable to stand within days. (Many were medical facility employees that had to go full on covid Vax or lose their jobs) By the time the data showed a common problem, it was too late. All entries into VAERS by the victims local physicians were vehemently tossed out.
After two years of medical hell, First week in April this month, they removed my brother from the ventilator. He passed in the subsequent hour.
He was perfectly healthy until he got covid vaccines. He ran a bunch of nursing homes-rehabilitation facilities.

Watch for fainting, dizziness, bruising after any modified DNA vaccine.
The health risks for the J&J weren’t trumped up but probably was forced off the market by the competition like you say.
J&J was just as problematic as the mRNA’s.
“How Bad Is My Batch” showed my batch had a 1.4% published fatality rate. I almost joined that group but just ended up with almost every othe adverse reaction listed and one more not listed. I did suffer a lot. Three years later I’m a lot better but still fighting it.
...Of 116 patients with postvaccination CVST, 78 (67.2%) had TTS, of whom 76 had been vaccinated with ChAdOx1 nCov-19...
ChAdOx1 nCov-19 is Oxford–AstraZeneca.
See the discussion of J&J at my above link.
I took two rounds of J&J, had a bit of reaction to the second shot, but nothing out of line from some other vaccines I’ve gotten over the years, Never got Covid that I know of, and didn’t hide out from the public. (Went shopping during the “crisis”, went to church as soon as they reopened after the ‘six weeks to save the world’, went back to the office as soon as it reopened, etc.
So I still contend that it was effective, was not as bad as the other two, and was sabotaged and then treated unfairly by the New World Order.
Can rarely cause a side effect is a different statement
Can cause a side effect that is rare in what? People? Young women? Middle aged men? What?
They are not explaining it.
Can cause a side effect that is rare? Define that. How rare? One in 10,000? That’s not rare for 5 people in a town of 60,000
One in 1000? That’s a lot of people. That’s 60 people admitting to one hospital with it
Or dying on one town
Whatever the number is it is way over the amount to warrant shutting from what we heard about two years ago people in Britain etc
In the General/Chat forum, on a thread titled AstraZeneca admits for first time in court documents its Covid vaccine can cause rare side effect, NewHampshireDuo wrote: What ever happened with J&J’s vaccine. They just sort of disappeared. Did they smarten up?
J&J was a nasty, toxic Covid vax based on DNA inside an Adenovirus. I recall watching a video by a doctor 'concerned' that such a vax could be designed to spread the vax to the unvaccinated, because the Adenovirus 'common cold' which was kneecapped to keep it from spreading for this vax, is known to rapidly mutate and spreads like the 'common-cold' it really is - so that would give the 'common cold' the potential to spread the vax. Have know idea if he was right about the vax - but it sure does seem stupid to play with this on a global scale. J&J and MSM lied when they said it was a more 'traditional vaccine.' Almost 3,000 deaths were reported post-vaccination to VAERS (VAERS doesn't say cause, just that people were reported to have died).
Here's an excerpt from the New York Times:
How the Johnson & Johnson Vaccine Works
"The Johnson & Johnson vaccine is based on the virus’s genetic instructions for building the spike protein. But unlike the Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna vaccines, which store the instructions in single-stranded RNA, the Johnson & Johnson vaccine uses double-stranded DNA.
DNA Inside an Adenovirus
The researchers added the gene for the coronavirus spike protein to another virus called Adenovirus 26. Adenoviruses are common viruses that typically cause colds or flu-like symptoms. The Johnson & Johnson team used a modified adenovirus that can enter cells but can’t replicate inside them or cause illness.
The company is also running trials on adenovirus-based vaccines for other diseases, including H.I.V. and Zika. Some other coronavirus vaccines are also based on adenoviruses, such as the one developed by the University of Oxford and AstraZeneca using a chimpanzee adenovirus.
Adenovirus-based vaccines for Covid-19 are more rugged than mRNA vaccines from Pfizer and Moderna. DNA is not as fragile as RNA, and the adenovirus’s tough protein coat helps protect the genetic material inside."

It's curiously difficult to identify the market share of J&J vaccines - all my searches avoid the data for the US. This one only breaks down the percentage of J&J's vaccine by economic levels of countries?! https://www.statista.com/statistics/1275412/johnson-and-johnson-vaccines-delivered-worldwide-by-country-income-group/ So 2/3 of J&J went to high income countries - that's all they wanna say. Maybe someone with better search skills can find market share.
Here's number of cases of any form of thrombosis reported or published to VAERS for Covid 'vaccines.' Note there's a massive number of Covid adverse events of all types not reported to VAERS recently released - the CDC made their V-SAFE phone app accessible to CDC staff only, but they were finally forced to release the data.
ANY FORM OF THROMBOSIS REPORTED TO THE CDC AFtER HAVING A COVID 'VACCINE"
The AstraZeneca vaccine was based on an adenovirus vector, like the Johnson & Johnson vaccine in the US.
The Johnson & Johnson vaccine is no longer FDA approved, partly because of the (slightly) elevated risk of blood clots. Yes, the clots following vaccination with an adenovirus based vaccine are far rarer than clots caused by having Covid. But the risk is still higher than the risk among the general population.
The mRNA vaccines are not associated with any elevated risk of blood clots.
That vaccine was dropped because it was also producing negative side effects, just not quite as much as the Pfizer or Moderna.
