Summary.
As DEI work faces increasing scrutiny socially, politically, and legally, organizations are taking extra care to re-evaluate their DEI efforts. Leaders are right to consider change, not as a reaction to backlash, but to work toward a more accountable, transparent, and successful vision of what DEI could be. The author identifies three things that need to change: 1) Clumsy, jargon-heavy communication, 2) disconnected and decoupled DEI goals and programs, and 3) nonexistent or vanity DEI measurement. They also identify three things that should be maintained: 1) Responsiveness to broader society, 2) commitment to healthy organizations, and 3) the belief that we can be better

Well Lily, you are panting at Biden to forgive your $300,000 dollar debt to Harvard.
Harvard should know, having the pick of the crop and nevertheless settling on a lying plagiarist fraud. “Didn’t earn it.”
Maybe they might work on their own problems before telling the world what it should do.
DIE needs to go self-immolate.
Harvard accepted David Hogg, aka Piglet Hogwash.
That alone shows how far their standards have fallen.
Harvard is a total joke now.
Didn’t Earn It
The obvious takeaway...
Harvard admits there is a problem with DIE. Their ex president Claudine Gay is a shining example of the FUBAR that is DIE.
I’m not sure when this acronym “DEI” first came out, but I think the best way to respond to it is to go on with life as though it never existed.
If anyone, anywhere tries to force this strange and inhuman “DEI” thing on you, the best response is to counter with the assertion that it always achieves the opposite of what it advocates.
Obama didnt see America as exceptional and with DEI Obama will get his wish. America is flatlining in every way imaginable.
DEI needs to DIE. That’s what need to change. Lilly-white leftists are a scourge.
BTTT
Harvard no longer has ‘the pick of the crop’. it’s now filled with the dregs of the sludge. The once great school now only graduates misinformed misfits. I wouldn’t even trust a Harvard grad to rake my lawn.
What I meant was that they could have hired any of probably very many people applying to be their DEI chair. Presumably they picked the best among them - who as it turns out was a lying plagiarist fraud. (Just like the one a Columbia, was it, and at other places besides.)
