Thought this was pretty good. Kind of liked the way the topic was approached in this.

One would have to have an IQ lower than AOC to ask that question. And a cast of thousands.

The shadow of the moon is so intense that any plant or animal exposed to it will result in immediate flash burn if not protected. All plant life will be extinguished and dead as the eclipse passes over the country.

" IS THE ECLIPSE GONNA KILL MY GARDEN?" Not directly but the earthquake following the path of the eclipse will swallow your property whole.

To: orsonwb
Yes, if it lasts 5.72 years.

It will cause the onions to sacrifice squash and roll them down your house stairs so that the sun will return.

Yes. It will utterly detroy your garden and anything within a 10 mile radius. I suggest you run away as fast as you can, because you’re gonna die!

Will it help us by reducing global warming? I know that is an extremely important issue right now according to Biden.

I'm beginning to agree with you. It's turned into a remarkable rorschach test for exposing people's neuroses and ignorance, to an extant that was amusing at first but now I'm just finding nauseating.

Who cares about gardens, a better question is: Will I be able to play the violin after the eclipse?
(I always wanted to play the violin)

In 2017, the crickets were fooled. It also got noticeably cooler for a couple of minutes.

“Is the eclipse going to cause mail-in voting?”
They’ve explored this as intensely as they’ve explored any possibility that Trump has done anything illegal in the past 70 years and came up just as empty
They’re now on to bird flu with despair looming
