How easy it is to combine simple tracking software into cameras and link in a basic laser weapon.
Kind of have the basics already in a nuisance pet backyard monitor. When sensor is triggered, light, noise and the sprinkler kick on and chase the beasties away from your prize tomatillas.

If you watched, they give a possible reason. We know that the Elites think the population of the planet needs to be drastically reduced. We’ve already been acclimated to young people dying “suddenly.” Apparently this device (if real, & I have my doubts) mimics natural symptoms of heart failure or whatever, as per the video.
How do They quickly reduce the population from 8 billion to 2 billion? Perhaps they have a plan...
