Showerheads can be swapped out. If a gas station limits you or doesn’t let you fill up, you fill up in another “eco car” and take 4 or 5 5 gallon containers home in the back seat and fill your other car up at home.

Next up it would be illegal to dispense gas anywhere but in a gas tank of a vehicle (until they outlaw gas-powered vehicles).

"Showerheads can be swapped out" Most existing ones can be removed and simply drilled out to a larger diameter as well.

The restrictor in most showerheads can usually be removed or drilled out. My dad had a ‘73 Imperial that we used to fill a 55 gal drum. Odd/even days became a non issue.
