Residential homes and apartments being built are on track for a ban on bathtubs. Only showers with less than 1.5gpm flow reducers will be allowed.

Showerheads can be swapped out. If a gas station limits you or doesn’t let you fill up, you fill up in another “eco car” and take 4 or 5 5 gallon containers home in the back seat and fill your other car up at home.

They going to put timers on them as well? Flow limits are easily defeated. Have drill and step bit, will travel.

We had a low flow shower head and changed it to incredible flow. I had a plumber suggest a new toilet with the 1/2 on top to save water. I fired him on the spot.

A quarter inch drill bit defeats these flow reducers in short order. I have one on a T-handle in my suitcase and the first thing I do is destroy that little thing when I check into a hotel room. Hotel showers no longer suck!
