A state lawmaker is 'seeking help' after screeching 'Do you know who I am?' and threatening to close down a bar whose staff asked him to leave.
Kevin Boyle, a Democratic member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, then abused patrons and uttered bizarre conspiracies - all caught on camera.
No one was spared in his three-minute tirade in which he called them everything from 'idiots' and 'morons' to 'traitors' and 'actors' - with his rant liberally-peppered with f-words too.
He threatened to 'end this bar' and to block the promotions of who he wrongly thought were military drinking at Gaul & Co Malt House in Rockledge, Pennsylvania.
'Do you not think I'm going to prevent your promotion in the United States military?' he bellowed in the video posted to social media.

This guy is displaying paranoia and delusions of gradure aggravated by excess consumption of alcohol.
This guy should not be in a position of power.

The vid shows him to look like a sloven slob. He looks like a homeless street person with a foul mouth. We sure don’t need a clown like this in the Congress,,,, he is untrustworthy.
I can’t see a state rep being able to effect the advancement of career US military. Unless he is well connected politically.
He certainly has delusions of grandeur if he thinks that the common bar fly knows who his state rep might be or care.
He is detached from reality to make threats like that in a bar.
He was risking a serious bar beat down making threats like that in a room full of men drinking.
