If criminals are going to be released immediately with no bail, victims may fear reprisal for reporting the crime. I wonder if the FBI thought about that.

I remember when this nonsense got started back in the 1960s in Eastern Cities. The city fathers could not understand why the crime rate suddenly went UP!
