I've never seen such a haunting face on an aborted baby. Look at her eyes, mouth. She has a look as if she's asking "Why? What did I do? Why did this happen to me? Mommy Why?" She looks like she is still crying.

I personally pulled bags of dismembered babies from a trash dumpster in Los Angeles back in the early 90's.
