One way to tell will be to compare the turnout in New Zealand's next election with the turnout from prior elections. Did the turnout go down by 20%?

I bet they can't hide that number in a small country with 5.2 million people with tight immigration controls.

That would be true, although I know they are an extremely Leftist government, and who knows what they would do to cover the tracks. I don’t put anything by Leftists anywheres.

That said, if one out of five people died above and beyond the annual mortalities that take place, that would be impossible to hide, IMO.
