When we were kids, we used to walk the beaches from Santa Monica down to San Clemente and get our feet sometimes sticky from the oil seepage. Natural. Long before oil tankers off the coast in SoCal. Then there's those La Brea Tar Pits, which no climate activists and no “Just Stop Oil” jackasses have protested.

Some Freeper said that oil derricks and pumping units all over southern Cali are camouflaged in buildings that blend in to the background. Its all pumping and drilling as normal only its inside or 4 walls and no top. The envirowhackos would go nutz if they knew.
